Thank you for shopping at eagleeyeprepping.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be categorized as either digital (downloadable products, online courses, etc.) or physical (tangible goods). The following terms apply to our return and refund policy:

Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless required under United States of America consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws. If you change your mind about your purchase and have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.

Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within 3 calendar days of your original purchase.

Physical Products:

For any physical products, you have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, details about the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (which can vary depending on when your financial institution credits your account).

Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at eagleeyeprepping@gmail.com.
